Tatler Louis Roederer Restaurant Awards 2009

Tatler was delighted to announce the winners of its eighth annual Restaurant Awards 2009, presented at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, 66 Knightsbridge, SW1 on the evening of Monday 19th January by Jeremy Wayne, Tatler's Restaurant Editor and Michel Janneau, Executive Vice President of Champagne Louis Roederer.
The Seafood Restaurant was nominated in the category 'Most consistently excellent restaurant' but narrowly missed out as the overall winner to Zafferano.
The awards named Mark Hix as Restaurateur of the year and Raymond Blanc received the Lifetime achievement award for his contribution to the UK restaurant scene.
The Tatler Restaurant Guide 2009, in association with Champagne Louis Roederer, accompanies the February issue of Tatler, on sale now. The guide features the best places to eat in the Britain as chosen by our Restaurant Editor, Jeremy Wayne.
