The Cornish Arms
"We're very happily tenants of The Cornish Arms, in the village of St Merryn, just outside of Padstow. Their beers have improved massively over the last few years mostly down to head brewer, Roger Ryman, Tribute, Tinners, HSD and Proper Job, these are some really special cask ales. I'm also working on a couple of recipes to go with their bottled beer, Clouded Yellow will be a great alternative to our own beer with food Chalky's Bark and Chalky's Bite." Rick Stein
British pub food
Based on Rick’s famous recipes and overseen by head chef Luke Taylor, the pub offers a simple British pub menu, with dishes like real beef burgers, mussels and chips and scampi in the basket.
Real ales
The pub also serves some of St Austell Brewery’s best ales like Tribute, Tinners, HSD and Proper Job and a great selection of wines are available by the bottle and glass.
