Welcome to Rick Stein

Great seafood and fantastic wine are what we love most and take great pride in sharing them with you when you dine, stay, cook or shop with us. For nearly 50 years, we’ve been creating restaurants and rooms where you can relax, be yourself and have some fun. Places where the quality, style and consistency that Rick, Jill, Ed, Jack and Charlie love and believe in is clear to see. Making people smile with great food, drink and experiences is what we do best.

RESTAURANTS, ROOMS AND MORE

We celebrate fresh fish simply cooked in our restaurants. Whether you’ve ordered turbot hollandaise at The Seafood Restaurant or takeaway fish and chips at Fistral beach, we want to make you smile with memorable food and drink.

Staying in our rooms, self-catering accommodation or shepherd’s huts is all about the experience. Waking up with the Cornish coast on your doorstep with new coves, coast paths, pubs and more waiting to be discovered – after a seriously good breakfast.

There’s nowhere better to learn how to cook fish than our school in Padstow. Overlooking the Camel Estuary, the school celebrates Rick’s recipes and the very freshest ingredients – helping to build the confidence and repertoire of every student that joins a course.

Designed by Jill, Ed and Kate Stein, you’ll find six shepherd’s huts residing at our pub near Padstow, The Cornish Arms. Much like our hotel rooms, they’ve been built with style, quality and comfort in mind and are the perfect base to explore north Cornwall from.

ONLINE SHOP

Hampers, to us, make the very best gifts for Christmas. The excitement as the lucky recipient lifts the lid and pulls out the various, carefully chosen, products – including Champagne, chocolate, chutneys and more. Explore our collection and order online.

We want everyone to have access to the very best seafood to cook at home. Our online fishmonger is full of species you’ll find in our restaurant – fillets, whole fish, shellfish, fish boxes and ready to eat options – all sent to you with love from Cornwall.
