Rick’s new book, Rick Stein’s Christmas, is his ode to all things festive season. In his very first Christmas book he’s included all of his favourite family recipes from classics like roast turkey with all the trimming to more intriguing dishes that celebrate seafood, case in point – lobster mash with pan-fried hake.
Alongside the recipes Rick has written a series of mini-essays about Christmas films, numbers 1s, panto and Christmas disasters (because we all have them every now and again).
