This summer, we’re celebrating some of the unsung heroes of the sea with a range of Forgotten Fish events.
Join us at the Cookery School for an evening with Matthew Stevens talking about all the forgotten species of the sea. Head Chef Nick Evans will demonstrate three dishes which you will get a taster of each paired with a glass of wine.
Arrive – 6.20pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 6.30pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
8.30pm – Finish
