Jack Stein’s debut cookery book, World on a Plate

A big congratulations to Jack Stein whose debut cookery book, World on a Plate, was published today with Absolute Press and Bloomsbury Cooks.

In the book, Jack combines his culinary experience from working in our restaurants, travels around the world and passion for British produce to create 100 dishes to enchant and entice home cooks.
