50th anniversary celebration competition

2025 marks five decades since Rick and Jill first opened the doors of The Seafood Restaurant by the quay in Padstow. We’ve welcomed thousands of guests over that time and would love to hear your most treasured memories as well as see your favourite photo from when you’ve dined with us. Anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, weddings, this list goes on for the wonderful celebrations we’re proud you’ve chosen us to be part of.
Now the really good bit…
Everyone who shares a photo or memory with us below or via social media will have a chance to win a two-night stay at The Seafood Restaurant including dining from our Taste of 50 Years menu and some of our 50th anniversary retail products too.

Submissions of photos and memories for this competition close on 28th September 2025.
Submissions placed after this time will not be included in the draw.
Multiple entries per person are welcome.
By sharing a memory and/or photo you give us permission to use on our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) as well as on our website and other marketing channels.
The winner will receive a two-night stay at The Seafood Restaurant with dinner for two dining from our Taste of 50 Years menu and a 50th anniversary retail bundle (apron, tea towel and jug)
The winner will be contacted via email before 30th September and will need to reply within seven days to claim the prize.
Prize valid until 21st December 2025
No travel costs are included in the prize.
Prize cannot be transferred or swapped for a cash alternative.
The final decision will be made by Seafood Trading after the closing date and the winner notified within three days of the competition closing.
The winner will be contacted directly on the email address they entered with.
Seafood Trading assume no responsibility for possible fraud committed by any contestant. Seafood Trading and Designers Guild reserve the right to remove or disqualify any entry at any time at our discretion.
