Private Cookery Experiences and Events
We’ve always believed there’s something special about gathering people around food. At our cookery school in Padstow we see it every day, friends learning how to fillet a mackerel side by side, families pan-frying to perfection together, colleagues raising a glass over dishes they’ve just cooked. It’s lively, a bit messy, often funny and always memorable.
Food has a way of breaking down barriers, too, which makes it a wonderful way to celebrate, learn something new or simply share time together. If you’d like to make the experience your own, we’d be delighted to welcome you for a private course or event.
Private Cookery Course
Perhaps you’ve always wanted to master shellfish, or maybe you’d simply like a relaxed afternoon of cooking and eating with a few friends. Our private courses are led by our knowledgeable chefs, tailored entirely to your group, and can be as hands-on or as demonstration-led as you’d like.
From one-to-one tutorials to small groups, it’s a wonderful way to mark a birthday, learn new skills together, or just do something a little out of the ordinary.

Private Dining
Food has a way of bringing people together, which makes a wonderful setting for celebrations of all kinds. Team days, anniversaries, birthdays or simply an excuse to gather everyone around the table. We’ll take care of everything, from sourcing the freshest local ingredients to pouring the wine and even doing the washing up.
You can choose to host your guests in your own Cornish property, or here with us in Padstow, where the school looks out over the Camel Estuary.
