A dinner party with a twist! For a more hands-on evening our ‘cook your own dinner’ option offers a fun and engaging event. After being greeted with a glass of Prosecco and canapés, watch two demonstrations by our chefs and then replicate the dishes before sitting down to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass or two of good wine. Finish with dessert.
- Canape on arrival – Ceviche of sea bass, smoked chilli and pomegranate
- Starter – Grilled brill with sauce vierge and toasted fennel seeds
- Main course – Lobster thermidor
- Dessert – Milk chocolate mousse with macadamia nuts and glazed bananas
Arrive – 6pm, greeted with a glass of wine.
Starter and main – Enjoy a two demos by our chefs, then recreate each dish in pairs at your workstation enjoying the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.
Dessert – Sit back and relax as we serve you your dessert.
Coffee and petit fours – The evening draws to a close with a strong coffee at 10pm. You will be given recipe cards for the dishes you have seen made that evening, plus an exclusive voucher for Stein’s Deli.
