Join our chefs for a relaxed half-day course celebrating the art of small, sharing dishes. Drawing inspiration from Rick’s travels, from Spain to the Mediterranean and Mexico, you’ll cook a selection of vibrant plates that are perfect for gatherings, grazing and good conversation.

- Coconut chilli prawns – Rick Stein’s Road to Mexico
Arrive – watch our chefs demo two dishes then recreate each dish in pairs at your workstation before enjoying the fruits of your labour
Demo – time to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch our chef demonstrate the final dish of the day
Finish – you will be presented with a certificate and recipes plus a chance to browse our shop with an exclusive voucher.
