One-Day Spanish Tapas

New for 2026: Join Head Chef Lecturer Nick and the team for a day inspired by Rick’s travels across Spain. You’ll cook a selection of classic and contemporary tapas, learning how to bring the warmth, colour and conviviality of Spanish cooking to your own kitchen, the kind of food made for sharing over a glass of something cold.
