Meet your host….
Jill Stein
Founder and Co-owner
Jill co-founded The Seafood Restaurant with Rick in Padstow in 1975 and has been central to its growth ever since. She’s shaped the look and feel of all our restaurants and rooms from Padstow to Sandbanks, Winchester, Marlborough and Barnes, creating stylish, relaxed spaces that reflect our love of food, travel and the coast.
In 2017, she launched Porthdune, her own collection of natural skincare inspired by Cornwall. Jill has been recognised with numerous awards, including an OBE for services to the restaurant industry.
