We’re very excited to share, Rick’s next cookery book, Rick Stein’s Simple Suppers will be published in the autumn and pre-orders for signed copies are now available. Like all his books, it’s about more than just recipes – stories and tales about his life in food to add colour to every page. 

About the new book, Rick says:

 “These are my simple suppers. Recipes that are straightforward and informal – yet effortlessly delicious. The idea of supper appealed to me because it suggests an ordinary meal.
