Rick Stein’s Food Stories Book Tour
Rick’s new book, Rick Stein’s Food Stories, accompanies a BBC Two TV series of the same name which celebrates his favourite recipes from recent travels around the UK – including Cumbria, Belfast, Bristol and Birmingham.
He highlights traditional dishes such as bangers and champ with red wine gravy and tattie scones with smoked salmon and puts his twist on new food and flavours that have come to our shores, including pork belly adobo and paneer jalfrezi.
The publication date for Rick Stein’s Food Stories is the 12th September, UK only.
