A Morning at Sea
You’ll join a local fishing boat for a single morning on the water. There’s a real satisfaction in the moment the line tugs and you reel in your own catch. It’s simple, honest fun and a chance to see the sea from a different perspective.
From Catch to Cook
Back on land at Rick Stein’s Cookery School, you’ll take the fish you’ve caught and turn it into a meal. You can choose a one-day Catch & Cook course, or a two-day course with Jack Stein. The courses are practical and hands-on, teaching techniques that you can use at home. By the end of the day, or two, you’ll have prepared something you’ve caught yourself and learned a few tricks along the way.
Your Bed and Breakfast
After a morning at sea and a day in the kitchen, our rooms in Padstow provide a comfortable place to rest. Designed by Jill Stein, they’re welcoming and comfortable. Each morning, a hearty breakfast awaits, giving you a proper start to the day.
