3. Observe the fantastic firework display on the harbour
With the sound of crackles, sizzles and bangs from launching fireworks, a stunning display will light up the dark night sky of Padstow. Taking place on Friday 6th December at 8.30pm, the display will set off from the north outer harbour beyond the ferry steps and can be viewed from anywhere on the north or south quay.
3. Spread some festive cheer by joining the Santa Fun Run and Cycle
This year the annual Cornwall Hospice Care Santa Fun Run & Cycle will be taking place once again at the Padstow Christmas Festival. Setting off from Wadebridge to Padstow on Saturday 7th December you can take part by either walking, running or cycling. All ages are welcome – register to take part here.
5. Explore the Christmas market in the main marquee and enjoy some festive tastings
Discover the region’s best food, drink, arts and craft suppliers at the Christmas market. Whether you’re after a Christmas stocking filler or looking for a tasty treat, choose from the great selection on show. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for food stand, serving up dishes from Rick’s travels.
