Private holiday cottage in the heart of Padstow

Our one-bed cottage in Padstow is a private, dog-friendly retreat with parking included and plenty of space for longer stays. Thick walls and thoughtful renovation create a sense of calm, while the new kitchen and large bathroom (walk-in shower and standalone bath) provide modern comfort.

Your Experience

On arrival you will check in with our guest services team, who are on call throughout your stay to help with anything you need, from recommendations to restaurant bookings. Bryn Cottage is about slowing down and enjoying the cottage’s generous in space, with room to spread out whether you’re cooking, relaxing on the sofa or working remotely. Dog-friendly touches and private parking make life easy, so you can arrive, unpack and start your break without fuss. The luxurious bathroom features a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, plenty of space to unwind after days exploring the coast.

In summer, the garden becomes an outdoor room – perfect for al fresco breakfasts and evening meals after days exploring the seven bays and coastal paths. In winter, large lounge and wood burner in the bedroom creates a cosy hideaway, ideal for curling up with a book.

For a serviced experience, breakfast is included each morning at The Seafood Restaurant, giving you a relaxed start to the day before exploring. Daily servicing ensures the cottage remains comfortable and welcoming throughout your stay. If you prefer to slow the pace and do things your way, the self-catering option offers complete independence. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for proper cooking, whether you’re making simple breakfasts or preparing dinner with fresh local fish.

Dining and Self-Catering

The new kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, whether you’re cooking simple breakfasts or preparing dinner with local produce – including a dishwasher and washing machine for ease during longer stays. For nights when you’d rather dine out, Padstow’s is short stroll away and you receive priority bookings at our restaurants.

Location

The cottage is tucked away in the heart of town yet feels peaceful and private. Just moments from Padstow’s harbour, independent shops and restaurants, while the coast beyond offers walking, cycling and beach days.

The Camel Estuary is nearby, providing estuary views and a flat cycle and walking path. Whether you’re here to explore or simply unwind, the location serves as a relaxed base for discovering the coastline.
