Summer of Shellfish Celebration
Since 1975, our restaurants have celebrated a selection of fresh shellfish from British shores. From prized catch landed in Cornwall like lobster and crab to nostalgic seaside favourites like cockles and whelks. We believe that quality comes first, which is why this summer we’re not only celebrating shellfish, but also the local fishermen and the skills of our expert chefs.
Our trusted suppliers, including fish merchant from St Ives, Matthew Stevens and the Murt family of fishermen in Padstow, have provided us with the highest quality Cornish catch for over 25 years. It’s close relationships like these, built on loyalty and respect, that bring our menus to life.
