We take the art of barbecuing seriously, partnering with the best in the business as they celebrate their 50th year for the summer. Look forward to a new barbecue menu served weekly at The Cornish Arms, shepherd’s hut stays with plenty of Stein’s dining, a seafood barbecue box to enjoy at home plus a launch party on summer solstice. It’s set to be a memorable summer.

At The Cornish Arms, we’re all about getting people together around a table to celebrate the best of food and community, and this summer we’ve teamed up with Big Green Egg to bring you a new barbecue experience in Cornwall.
Nestled just a stone’s throw from the stunning Seven Bays, our beloved pub is perfect for those long summer evenings, following days spent soaking up the rugged beauty of the local coastline. This summer, with the Big Green Egg adding its magic touch, our terrace will be alive with perfectly grilled fish, succulent pork belly, vibrant mixed leaf salad, warm flatbreads, and corn on the cob slathered in butter, expertly cooked by our chefs every Thursday and Friday night.

Jack is helping Big Green Egg to celebrate their 50th birthday with two recipes that he thinks work particularly well cooked over fire on the Big Green Egg. Both recipes shine a light on the best of Cornish sea and land, including lobster and steak.
