FAQs
A Sous Chef’s starting salary is £27,000, plus tips.
You’ll need a minimum of three – five years of relevant culinary experience and a Level 3 in Food Safety or Health and Safety. If you have a Level 3 in Professional Cookery Qualification, this would be desirable but not essential.
