Half-Day Fish & Shellfish Menu A
Our half day courses are the perfect taster for our cookery school and include three chef demonstrations and hands-on cooking for two dishes. You’ll be using the freshest seafood and classic flavours to discover some of Rick’s favourite dishes. You’ll get to enjoy everything you cook, whilst enjoying our fantastic view over the estuary.

- Mussels with tomato, chilli and parsley
- Warm salad of seared monkfish and tiger prawns with a fennel butter vinaigrette
- DEMO – Green fish soup with rice noodles, crisp vegetables, herbs, chilli and peanut sauce

- Filleting and preparing Monkfish for char-grilling
- Peeling and preparing prawns for char-grilling
- Filleting a round fish
- Making an Asian soup and accompaniments
Arrive – watch our chefs demo two dishes then recreate each dish in pairs at your workstation before enjoying the fruits of your labour
Demo – time to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch our chef demonstrate the final dish of the day
Finish – you will be presented with a certificate and recipes plus a chance to browse our shop with an exclusive voucher.
