Join Nick and Jason to prepare the perfect dinner party.
Each dish will be demonstrated by Nick and recreated by yourself before you sit with our sommelier Jason at the end of the day to enjoy your meal. Jason will use his expertise to pair a bottle of wine to compliment each dish.

“We used to sell lobster thermidor 20 years ago, but fashion changed. Now there’s a renaissance of classic French seafood dishes. I’ve made it lighter and more fragrant and it’s rather good.” – Rick

Arrive – 8:45am
Welcome – Enjoy a tea or coffee and pastries while browsing the recipes for the day and meeting your fellow chefs
From 9am – Watch our chefs demo three dishes then recreate each dish in pairs at your workstation
Demo – Time to relax with a glass of wine and watch our chef demonstrate the final dish of the day
Lunch – Sit down for a long leisurely lunch paired with wines from Charlie at our long ‘en famille’ dining table overlooking the Camel Estuary.
4pm – Finish. You will be presented with a Rick Stein’s Cookery School certificate and recipe folder plus a chance to browse our shop with an exclusive voucher.
