Join us for a day of all things food and wine with Charlie. Guided by Head Lecturer Nick Evans, you’ll discover some of Charlie’s favourite dishes with each paired with a glass of something introduced by him. As our wine expert, there will be chances to ask him questions throughout the day too.

Arrive – 8:45am Welcome – Enjoy a tea or coffee and pastries while browsing the recipes for the day and meeting your fellow chefs From 9am – Watch our chefs demo three dishes then recreate each dish in pairs at your workstation Demo – Time to relax with a glass of wine and watch our chef demonstrate the final dish of the day Lunch – Sit down for a long leisurely lunch paired with wines from Charlie at our long ‘en famille’ dining table overlooking the Camel Estuary. 4pm – Finish. You will be presented with a Rick Stein’s Cookery School certificate and recipe folder plus a chance to browse our shop with an exclusive voucher.
