Join us for an evening in Padstow to celebrate seasonal dishes from Rick’s recipes. Sit back and relax with a glass or two of wine and taste a seasonal dish demonstrated by our chefs.

Spring – 8th April
Ragout of sautéed turbot with serrano ham, spring vegetables and pea shoots.
Summer – 17th June and 5th August
Crab with wakame salad and wasabi mayonnaise
Autumn – 28th October
Black risotto
Arrive – 6.20pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 6.30pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
8.30pm – Finish
