Join us for an evening in Padstow to celebrate seasonal dishes from Rick’s recipes. Sit back and relax with a glass or two of wine and taste a seasonal dish demonstrated by our chefs.

Spring – 19th April
- Green rice with garlic, parsley and mussels
- Mackerel Escabeche
- Hake en papillote with beurre blanc
Summer- 9th August
- Sliced seared fillet steak salad with pickled chicory
- Two more dishes to be confirmed depending on fresh seasonal dishes
Arrive – 6.20pm, greeted with a glass of wine
From 6.30pm – Watch our chefs demo three dishes with individual tasters of each dish and glass of wine to accompany it.
