A cosy supper club with a menu celebrating dishes from Rick’s new book, Simple Suppers, like gnocchi with crab and chilli and Spanish bream with pimentón – it must be seafood, of course. Alongside canapés and Prosecco on arrival and the three-course menu, you can look forward to watching a couple of the courses be cooked live with plenty of chance to ask our expert chefs all about the techniques on show.
