Fit for a Queen – Jubilee special

We are very pleased to announce we will be serving a dessert enjoyed by Her Majesty during her Golden Jubilee.
Rick was invited to cook for The Queen during the Golden Jubilee celebrations. He served a golden raspberry cranachan to Her Majesty and Rick felt it was only fitting to celebrate her most recent milestone by sharing the same dessert with our guests this long weekend.
A Scottish recipe of whipped cream, oatmeal, raspberries and honey, cranachan is made with a touch of whiskey and is a wonderful summer dessert.
