Jack Stein’s World on a Plate


Jack Stein, Rick and Jill’s middle son and Chef Director of our restaurants, debut cookbook, Jack Stein’s World on a Plate, will be published with Bloomsbury Cooks and Absolute Press next summer. Featuring recipes inspired by his travels far and wide, as well as over 15 years of cooking experience here in the UK, you can look forward to cooking lamb leg with braised chicory, white miso cream and onion, Nasi goreng and goat with almonds and sumac.
