Join us at Sandbanks for a memorable evening of great food and wine, celebrating our long-standing partnership with Quinta de la Rosa. Indulge in a 5-course dinner where each dish is expertly paired with a carefully selected Portuguese wine or port, offering you the opportunity to discover new flavours.

Hosted by Charlie Stein and Sophia Bergqvist, you’ll hear the fascinating stories behind her family-run vineyard, which has been crafting wines and ports since 1906. Just like us, they hold strong family values and a passion for quality, making this evening not only a celebration of great wine and food but also of shared traditions and heritage.

The menu features inspired dishes from Rick’s adventures through Portugal, including a signature clam and white Port creation he developed in collaboration with acclaimed chefs Mark Hix and Mitch Tonks at Quinta de la Rosa’s restaurant earlier this year.

Throughout the evening, you’ll experience carefully selected wine pairings featuring Quinta de la Rosa’s finest offerings. To finish we will showcase two distinct Port styles served alongside two desserts, offering a unique opportunity to compare and appreciate these distinguished fortified wines.”
