Arrive in Padstow and check in with our guest services team at The Seafood Restaurant, who will ensure you are comfortably settled into your room and are available to answer any questions throughout your stay.
Prospect House is designed with your comfort in mind. Each room has a home from home feel with thoughtful touches from Jill and Kate Stein. You’ll find spa-inspired bathrooms and free-standing baths, a Nespresso machine and mini bar stocked with fresh Cornish milk, Origin Coffee, Birchall Tea, and Stein’s biscuits and look forward to ample natural light from dual aspect windows.
Additionally, electric car charging points, including those for Tesla vehicles, are available (subject to availability). Enjoy private parking just a short stroll away, and take advantage of priority bookings at some of Padstow’s finest restaurants.

St Petroc’s restaurant celebrates the finest locally sourced ingredients, from Cornish steaks sourced from Philip Warren Butchers in Launceston to freshly caught seafood and seasonal produce. Each dish is crafted to create a memorable dining experience that lingers long after the last bite. If you prefer, the dog-friendly dining room welcomes four-legged friends for lunch, and dinner too.
