Prospect House is designed with your comfort in mind. Each room has a home from home feel with thoughtful touches from Jill and Kate Stein. You’ll find spa-inspired bathrooms and free-standing baths, a Nespresso machine and mini bar stocked with fresh Cornish milk, Origin Coffee, Birchall Tea, and Stein’s biscuits and look forward to ample natural light from dual aspect windows.

St Petroc’s restaurant celebrates the finest locally sourced ingredients, from Cornish steaks sourced from Philip Warren Butchers in Launceston to freshly caught seafood and seasonal produce. If you prefer, the dog-friendly dining room welcomes four-legged friends for breakfast, lunch, and dinner too.
