You can always upgrade to ‘Taste of 50 Years’ menu or the à la carte and choose from our full range of classic dishes that have stood the test of time.
In the late afternoon, settle in with a generous cheese and charcuterie board, accompanied by a bottle of our Spanish red or white wine. You can enjoy it quietly in your room or soak up the atmosphere in Ruby’s Bar, either way, it’s the perfect way to unwind.

Our flagship restaurant in Padstow was opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975. Nearly 50 years on, the menu at The Seafood Restaurant still reflects everything that Rick set out to achieve – great quality fish and shellfish, simply cooked.
Your three course set menu includes timeless dishes and changes with the seasons, always including Rick’s popular dishes.
Upgrade your set lunch to our four course ‘Taste of 50 Years’ menu for £25pp, or a three course á la carte feast, lunch or dinner, and choose what ever your heart desires for £53pp.
