Master the techniques of Jack Stein’s gin-cured salmon and bitesize canapes before heading to Tarquin’s Gin School to create your own gin on a distilling masterclass. You’ll enjoy plenty of tasters along the way and return home with a bottle of gin made to your personal recipe.

Arrive – Enjoy a Rick Stein’s Gin & Tonic and watch our chefs demo two dishes before recreating each dish at your workstation and enjoying the fruits of your labour.
Demo – time to relax watch and taste as our chef demonstrates the final dish of the day.
Walk to Tarquin’s Gin School
Arrive – Enjoy a Tarquin’s Gin & Tonic on arrival and then a create your own during a distilling masterclass.
Finish – you will be presented with a certificate, recipe folder, your gin-cured salmon and a bottle of Tarquin’s gin.
