Jack’s Seafood Odyssey event series is a celebration of his lifelong love of fresh fish and shellfish from around our coast, and bringing people together for great food and drink experiences in our restaurants in London and the south west.

The series of events will see him join forces with chefs and personalities to collaborate on menus that are inspired by a shared loves of Great British seafood with flavours and influences from around the world.

The first of Jack’s Seafood Odyssey events took place at Rick Stein, Barnes, with Jack welcoming Will Bowlby, Co-Founder and Executive Chef of Kricket, to host with him. The menu included Cornish lobster and crab, cooked to recipes from India.
