Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in London
Located on the banks of the River Thames, along from Richmond, our Barnes restaurant delivers some pleasing peace from fast-paced London life with timeless views and a nod to our Cornish homeland. On the menu you’ll find a celebration of the very best fish and shellfish from around the coast and some of our most iconic dishes that have stood the test of time like tronçon of turbot with hollandaise, grilled lobster with fines herbes and sole Véronique. On a clear day, spend an hour or more in our courtyard with a bottle from Charlie’s wine list and a platter of oysters – very nice indeed.
Our river setting is also the ideal location to sample our fab festive menu, two courses £36 and three courses £39 (See below for full availability.) All complemented with some of Rick and Charlie Stein’s favourite wines that perfectly pair with our menus.

Celebrate the festive season with your friends and family in the wonderful setting of Barnes, overlooking the River Thames. Gather together in the most warm and welcoming atmosphere, with Champagne corks popping and glasses of fine wine being raised as you take in the views.
Available 22nd November – 30th December. Excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Join us here in our Barnes restaurant every Tuesday to enjoy an evening of jazz. Sit back and delight in a glass of something cold with a table of timeless seafood dishes whilst you enjoy the sound of jazz.
Starting from 6:30pm, all you have to do is book your table
SEAFOOD BAR
Take in the atmosphere from our seafood bar, and watch first hand as chefs prepare platters of oysters, langoustines and sashimi.
No reservations needed, just pop in and we’ll get you a seat as soon as we can.
We are only able to seat guests aged 18 and over at our seafood bar.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast and a cup of good coffee – the perfect pairing for a catch-up with friends or a quiet hour with the newspaper. Served in our river view restaurant and if the weather allows, our courtyard.

Available Saturday and Sunday, 9am – 11am.
Stop in on your way home from work, join us to catch up with friends, or start your evening out in the sun with a glass Champagne and fresh oysters before joining us in the restaurant – sounds fab.
From Monday to Thursday, 5pm – 8pm, join us outside in the courtyard or at the bar for six oysters and two glasses of Veuve Clicquot Champagne for £50.

Window Tables: We will always do our best to accommodate requests for our limited river view tables, but we’re unable to guarantee or allocate on booking as we need to retain flexibility and write our table plans daily.
Courtyard Tables: Our courtyard is open when the weather is clear and tables are bookable for lunch and early dinner up to 10 days in advance.
Dogs are very welcome to join you in our courtyard. Some tables have heaters and we have blankets available for your comfort but please dress for the British weather.
In the event of inclement weather we may have to cancel your booking and we will try out best to accommodate you inside the restaurant.
We’re not offering takeaway at the moment but you can book a table here.
TRAVEL
Five minutes walk from Barnes Bridge station or on-street parking is available nearby after 11am.
Ultra Low Emission Zone
We’re located in London’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone. If you are planning to visit us by car please be aware if your vehicle doesn’t meet the ULEZ emissions standard you will be charged £12.50 a day for entering the zone.

We love celebrating special moments with you, and if you’d like to bring your own cake, we’re happy to accommodate with a small £30 fee.
