Summer of Shellfish competition
As part of our Summer of Shellfish celebration, we’re giving you the chance to win a year’s worth of lobster to enjoy at home.
Look forward to Cornish lobster, expertly prepared by our fish supplier, Matthew Stevens, and delivered to your door by our online fishmongers every month for a year. This is the very same catch that graces our restaurant menus, so you know it’s going to be the very best. Matthew has been in the fish trade for 64 years, building relationships with the Cornish fishermen that know when and where the highest quality shellfish can be found around the coast.
It will arrive cooked so you can enjoy it as you please without any trouble at all, following Rick’s array of tried and tested lobster recipes – fines herbes and thermidor of course being his two most famous. For a more casual affair, lobster salad or Jack’s lobster roll are the perfect way to enjoy this prize.

The winner will receive two whole cooked lobsters from Stein’s Online Fishmongers delivered to your door every month for a year.
Delivery available to UK addresses only – with some exceptions: Aberdeen, Arbroath, Northern Highlands, Dundee, Argyll, Oban, Arran, Orkney, Shetland, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Eire (Republic of Ireland)

Prize cannot be transferred or swapped for a cash alternative.
The final decision will be made by Seafood Trading after the closing date and the winner notified within three days of the competition closing.
