Our Indian summer is over and there’s a chill in the air in Padstow, so what does that mean for our seasonal menus? Here’s a list of what’s in season from our supplier, Ross Geach at Trerethern Farm, so you know what to look out for this month:
Flowersprouts
Carrots
Beetroot
Mixed kales
There’s also tenderstem and Romansco broccoli, Cavolo Nero, Savoy cabbage and red cabbage growing, look out for them in the ‘sides’ section on our menu.
