Where to dine al fresco at Rick Steins

Here are seven locations where you can dine al fresco with us from 12th April:

Rick Stein, Barnes courtyard

If you’re in London and want to escape the city, hop on the overground to Barnes and while away an afternoon in our courtyard. Choose from the full a la carte menu or a opt for a simple platter of oysters and a glass of Muscadet.

Rick Stein, Sandbanks terrace

NEW for 2021, we’ve transformed our terrace that overlooks Poole Harbour into the ultimate outdoor dining spot by the water. Open seven days a week our menu of Rick’s classic is waiting for you to choose from.

Rick Stein, Winchester high street tables

Come together for an outdoor dining Taste of Cornwall in Winchester. Open 12noon – 9pm Thursday to Sunday, plan your catch-ups in Winchester over the freshest seafood and a glass of something cold.

St Petroc’s Bistro secret garden

Escape to our secret garden at St Petroc’s Bistro for some rest and relaxation. Choose from the full menu which includes classic seafood dishes, great quality Cornish steaks and moreish puds.

The Cornish Arms beer garden

Nothing saying spring and summer better than sitting in a beer garden. If you like the sound of a pint or two of St Austell beer or maybe a Rattler with views over the North Cornwall countryside and pub favourites on the menu join us at The Cornish Arms in St Merryn. Get drinks straight to your table via our app.

Stein’s Fish & Chips outdoor seating

No trip to Padstow is complete without fish & chips. No bookings needed here, so grab a takeaway and enjoy the sunshine on our outdoor benches. Just be careful to avoid the greedy local seagulls and please, don’t be tempted to feed them. We recommend ordering via our app to beat the queue.

Rick Stein, Fistral terrace (and beach)

Eating outdoors by the sea in Cornwall is always lovely. Like our chip shop in Padstow, we don’t take bookings at Fistral so stop by our beachside restaurant and takeaway to enjoy classic fish & chips, curries inspired by Rick’s Asian adventures, cocktails from the bar and much more. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. We recommend ordering via our app to beat the queue.
