Tucked away, moments from Padstow Harbour

We opened the doors of St Petroc’s Bistro near Padstow Harbour, over 30 years ago. Offering a relaxed experience with a menu that focuses on celebrating the best of Cornish produce and comforting French bistro dishes. Inspired by Rick’s travels in search of France’s best recipes, expect Toulouse sausage with tomato and shallots to start followed by duck cassoulet, baked whole bream and bouillabaisse with langoustines and mussels for the main course.

Whether you find a cosy nook in the main restaurant, choose our complimentary private dining room, discover a shady table in our secret garden or find a sunny spot on our terrace, it’s just the ticket for a few hours of pure enjoyment. Our dog friendly dining room lets you dine with your four legged friend year round.

Whilst we’ve got you, we must recommend factoring in time before or after your booking for a cosy cocktail in Ruby’s Bar next door where Charlie Stein’s very favourite drinks are created daily by our expert bartenders.

Daily Lunch Specials £17.95

Our new seasonal lunch specials feature a fine selection of familiar favourites from Head Chef Dan. Our lunchtime picks showcase the best of Cornish ingredients so you can look forward to a Cornish lobster roll, moules frites and or, back by popular demand, steak frites.

Whether you’re joining us for a quick lunch or a leisurely afternoon, our daily special is the perfect way to experience the best of what Cornwall has to offer.

All £17.95 | Served 12pm – 3pm

Can’t fault any of it. Booked dog friendly dining for family of four and 2 dogs. Food excellent, service excellent. 3rd time we’ve been, will be back next year.

I really enjoyed dinner at St. Petroc’s last night. The restaurant was busy and buzzing, the waiting staff were friendly and attentive. I love the new menu – typically French food and something to please everyone. It felt like a really special experience as there were some more unusual items on the menu that would frequent traditional restaurants in France.
