Our chips begin their journey in the rolling fields of the Tamar Valley, just an hour away. Grown on a family-run farm, in rich, fertile soil, giving the perfect balance of fluffiness inside and crispness when cooked. Once in our kitchen, they’re fried in traditional beef dripping, giving them that deep flavour and irresistible crunch.
