How we cook our Summer of Shellfish specials
This summer we’re celebrating glorious British shellfish across our restaurant menus, including a number of specials that shine a light of species which often get overlooked. Cockles and clams, which are grown in the waters by our restaurant in Sandbanks, are a fab example of shellfish that is sustainable and we should be enjoying more of.
