Panoramic Views of Poole Harbour
Our Sandbanks restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy classically prepared fish and shellfish in a relaxing environment with the most special views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.
This peaceful coastal setting was made for long, leisurely seafood lunches with classics like whole Dover sole with lashings of beurre noisette, lobster thermidor and chips or our fruits de mer platter, which just so happens to be highly photogenic. Evenings are possibly the most spectacular time to dine though, with the added theatre of sunset over the harbour on show for everyone to marvel at whilst enjoying the Sandbanks experience.
Bar Dining
For a more casual seafood meal or if you’ve got a dog in tow, choose a table in our bar dining space, which offers our full á la carte menu. Impromptu, post beach visits are always welcome in our bar, where we offer a wide range of cocktails and drinks – Charlie approved, of course – just the ticket with a few small plates of Padron peppers and halloumi saganaki.
Seafood Odyssey with Lisa Snowdon
Jack’s Seafood Odyssey event series is a celebration of his lifelong love of fresh fish and shellfish from around our coast, and bringing people together for great food and drink experiences in our restaurants in London and the south west.

Celebrate the festive season with your friends and family in the wonderful setting of Sandbanks, overlooking the waters of Poole Harbour. Gather together in the most warm and welcoming atmosphere, with Champagne corks popping and glasses of fine wine being raised as you take in the views.

Look forward to experiencing our set menu, 2 courses for £24.95 or 3 courses for £29.95, including Rick’s popular seafood favourites like piri piri sardines, salt coley, chickpea and parsley stew, plus a warming apple and rhubarb crumble with Cornish clotted cream.
Dining out isn’t just for the weekend, so book a table and join us for our set menu Monday to Thursday 12pm – 3pm and 5pm – 9pm. Friday, 12pm – 3pm.

We can accommodate tables up to 30 in our Bar Dining area, perfect for group get togethers and work functions. Our team create bespoke packages for larger groups with a selection of canapés and buffet options to suit a variety of events.
We can only accommodate tables up to 8 guests in the Harbour View restaurant. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that larger groups booking separate tables will be sat close to each other.
Tables of 12 or more will require a pre order and our team will be in contact prior to your reservation to arrange this.

Our terrace overlooking Poole Harbour is available to book from 8.30am until 9pm, 7 days a week – perfect for enjoying a cocktail in the sun.

Open daily during the warmer months, weather permitting, for drinks and dining. Our terrace offers a front row seat to our Poole Harbour views and with sun from around 1:30pm each day.
We can supply blankets but the area is exposed and we would suggest you dress accordingly. Please note that we cannot guarantee a table inside the restaurant in the event of inclement weather whilst dining outside.

TRAVELLING TO THE RESTAURANT
Sandbanks is popular for visitors in Poole and Bournemouth, it’s important to plan ahead. Please allow plenty of time in order to travel and park during the summer months. The pay and display car park opposite the restaurant can be very busy during the summer / good weather days.
COMPLIMENTARY PICK UP / DROP OFF SERVICE
Why not book a complimentary pick up and or drop off home in our Porsche.

WINDOW TABLES
We will always do our best to accommodate requests for our limited window tables, but we are unable to guarantee or allocate on booking as we need to retain flexibility and write our table plans daily.
TABLE ALLOCATION
Our allocated table times should enable you to have a relaxed dining experience. If you reach the end of your table allocation we may ask that you retire to our bar to finish your post dinner drinks or coffee.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome to join us in all areas of the seafood restaurant. Please include children of all ages in your reservation.
We do not allow pushchairs or prams in our Harbour View restaurant.

DOGS
Dogs are welcome to join you in the bar. We have a limited number of bookable tables and you are welcome on a walk-in basis.
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted on our outdoor terrace.
DRESS CODE
We have a relaxed dining atmosphere, so welcome guests to wear whatever they feel comfortable in. Most opt for smart-casual. However we do ask guests to refrain from wearing beachwear and request that they wear shoes.
CELEBRATION CAKES
We love celebrating special moments with you, and if you’d like to bring your own cake, we’re happy to accommodate with a small £30 fee.
