Artist, designer, stylist

Kate works alongside Jill on the interior projects within the business and as a designer of our collection of “own brand” retail products.

As an artist and designer she has created the Porthdune range, kitchen textiles, ceramics, homeware, soft furnishings and fabrics which are sold through our retail shops, online and are used in our rooms in Padtow.

Kate and husband Ed worked with Jill on the recent expansion of restaurants and refurbishments throughout the business completing Winchester, Fistral The Cornish Arms, Ruby’s, Seafood Bar, Gift Shop, Marlborough, Sandbanks, Barnes and an overhaul of our rooms in Padstow, including Shepherd’s Huts nearby.
